Apparently P. Phil did not see his shadow so Spring is coming. This comes to a very sunny but snow-covered day at a balmy -2 (with "brutal windchill," according to the weather guys).
Yeah - think Phil might be wrong for my neck of the woods. But dreaming of seeing the ground underneath the snow. Or better yet, a sunny beach vacation.
